All the links below will take you to a different Quick Topic chat page. These will not be deleted as far as I know at this time. These separate chat pages run for approximately 15 days each, during which time everyone is welcome to ask questions, post pictures and try to get as much information gathered about a particular subject, regardless of whether or not it has already appeared on the main topic page. This way, it will be easier to go back and find something by subject. The main chat page does get deleted except for a few previous months. Hopefully these can remain in place longer and help newer collectors or first time visitors with questions that might come up regularly.
Anyone will still be able to post to these pages, but unless you are signed up for that specific topic, you will not be notified that there was anything new added. If you do register for each topic, you will only receive a notice if something is posted so it won't be any unwanted email. The current subject will always be linked on the main chat page and then moved to this list when the time is expired.
If you have very large pictures and cannot resize them before posting, please email them to me at DRaitz@aol.com and I can do it for you and send it back so you can personally post it. If any pictures are posted that are really large, I may copy it, resize it and repost it to help save on our picture space allotment.
Suggestions for new topics are always welcome. Please email me at the link above. Please feel free to join in. Everyone must have a favorite color, style, material, maker, or era of open salts. We'll do our best to get to all of them.
